The charge that customers pay to have their Dotcom groceries packed and delivered. It varies across the time of day and day of the week to spread trade evenly over the week.

A product that reduces in sales due to the promotion of another similar product. For example, when pre-packed broccoli is on promotion, loose broccoli will be a victim product.

Vendor part number. A numeric or alphanumeric code for a product provided by the supplier. It is a unique code for a Supplier to identify their own products. For example, this could be a Supplier catalogue reference code. Each individual product must have a different and unique Vendor Part Number
