Absence percentage. The amount of time an employee has been absent from work over the last 26 weeks, given as a percentage of contracted hours.
Automated clear as you go. System that automatically applies a store-specific markdown to BWS, frozen food, grocery, health & beauty, household & pet or impulse products that are being corporately discontinued or de-ranged.

A weekly conference call when all incidents involving damage to Dotcom vans are reviewed. The review board makes a decision as to whether each incident was preventable or non-preventable and makes recommendations of appropriate action to the store.
An agenda that can be used for a one-to-one meeting where someone talks though their achievements, the bene ts these have brought, their concerns and the next steps.
Electronic process that notifies a depot of a delivery as it is being unloaded by the supplier.
A weekly conference call with Store Managers, representing all formats and all parts of the country, which provides a snapshot of benefits and concerns in-store. All stores can also feed back any benefits and concerns via the Workplan and all feedback is collated in the air traffic control report. The benefit of this is that the key issues raised by stores can be addressed by the office.
